I began my career with a degree in Health Education and a desire to teach people how to live healthier lifestyles…Over thirty years later, I am still at it! I have worked in a variety of settings: hospital wellness centers, physical therapy clinics, YMCA’s,  private gyms, youth sports centers, and have run my own personal training and nutrition education businesses. I am also a published writer specializing in health and plant-based nutrition.

I graduated from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies Plant-Based Nutrition program and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.

My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. Drawing on my expertise, I work with my clients to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.

Online group classes

Group classes can be arranged for between 6-10 participants who share a common health goal. I offer group classes for weight loss, gut health, intermittent fasting, plant-based cooking, and for women looking to reduce their wine habit. 

Classes meet once a week for six weeks on Zoom.

My One-On-One Coaching begins with a free consultation where we get to know each other and talk about your health concerns. If we decide we are a good match and you would like to pursue coaching, we will set up a program to continue working together, either in person or virtually.

Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life that affect the way you nourish your body. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life.

As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and we’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you.

Together we will:

  • Connect the dots between who you are and who you want to be
  • Create your personal blueprint
  • Decipher your body’s unique needs
  • Set your personal goals and work towards sustainable change

  • Two 50-minute sessions per month
  • Email support between sessions
