I have coached people in nutrition, fitness, weight management, stress management, and smoking cessation. Currently, I am focusing the boundless energy my plant-based lifestyle gives me into teaching you how to get more plant foods into your life. I have a degree in Health Education, a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition Studies from the T.
