What Is Your Primary Motivation?

Some people are curious to see what it would be like to eat only plant foods for a while. Others want to try it as a means to losing weight. Many people are inspired to help the environment or protect animals.

Family members who have been advised to eat less meat and dairy as a means to reducing or eliminating specific health concerns or diseases should share that information with their loved ones.
