This is my favorite parmesan cheese-like topping for pasta, potatoes, salads, and soups. You can also make this recipe with the same quantity of walnuts if you prefer.
I store my parmesan in a mason jar fitted with a top from a parmesan cheese bottle I got from a friend! It works great. Ask a cheese-eating friend to save one for you, and then take them some of this hemp seed parmesan to try.
Hemp Seed Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Step 1 Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until hemp seeds are broken down to a granular consistency. Store in the refrigerator.
