This Trader Joe’s Almond Butter Turmeric dressing is my new favorite salad dressing for two reasons:
1) It has No ADDED OIL, and
2) I don’t have to make it!
Oh yeah, there’s a third reason: It’s delicious! Trader Joe’s also makes Carrot Ginger Miso and Green Goddess dressings, but the former contains canola oil and the latter contains olive oil.
Update 8/2020: TJs recently came out with another oil-free dressing: Spicy Cashew Butter, which has a big kick and is great on southwestern style salads or as a dip or sandwich spread.

My Big Salad Recipe
I eat this salad almost every weekday with different dressings and changing out the beans, herbs, spices, and other veggies to suit the dressing.
2 cups fresh chopped spinach and kale greens
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup chickpeas, black beans, pinto, or kidney beans
1/2 cup non-GMO corn kernels (I use frozen and defrost them in the microwave in 30 seconds)
1/4 cup shredded or sliced carrot
1/2 avocado, diced
2 tbsp sunflower or pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp chopped red onion
10-12 turns freshly ground black pepper
Sprinkle of cumin and black cumin seeds.
